About Dowco Group of Companies

This Connection Design course is managed and administered by Dowco Consultants Ltd.. Dowco Consultants Ltd. is part of the Dowco Group of Companies and has been developing online learning materials to cater to the steel industry since 2007.

Together with input from the AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) and their Committee on Steel Detailing, Dowco successfully launched the course, "Detailing for Steel Construction" in 2008. Since then Dowco has created and implemented a hands-on introductory course to Tekla Structures. This Connection Design course is the 3rd course developed by Dowco.
